RETURN POLICY
We understand that when shopping online, it can be hard to find the perfect fit! Before purchasing, please reference the size guide.
To Return Items purchased on tippytailor.com please log into your account page ( if you do not have an account yet please create one using the same email you used at checkout:
- REGULAR PRICED items are eligible for return for STORE CREDIT ONLY if item(s)
- are returned within the 7 days of delivery date (delivery date is defined as- when your item was delivered to address according to USPS or UPS tracking, please keep tracking number for your records).
- Postmark of return package must be within 7 days of delivery date or within 2-3 days of approval when submitting a request for return. We will not accept package postmarked outside the 7 day return window of which you’ve received your item.
- All items must have tags attached, unworn, and odorless (free of perfumes).
- We have the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our return policy.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Use a trackable form of shipping to return so there is proof of delivery for your own protection.
- Customers are responsible to pay the return shipping on all returns. Use a trackable form of shipping so there is proof of delivery for your own protection. If we do not receive it and you do not have tracking proving that we did receive it, no credit will be issued.
- Once your item(s) are received and inspected, we will refund your item and email you an issued Tippy Tailor Gift Card for STORE CREDIT ONLY (gift cards do not expire). Please allow 2-3 business days from the date of delivery to our returns department to receive your store credit notification.
- If customer ships an item as a return- that does not meet return policy, the customer will be charged a $9.95 shipping fee to get items shipped back to them. We will not refund any items that do not meet our return policy.
LOCAL RETURNS
- If you live in Austin, TX and ordered your item online but need to do a return or exchange, you can also come by the store location. Please follow the same protocol as above by responding to your order email to set up a time for the return.
STORE CREDIT
- Once issued store credit, your store credit will never expire.
- Please allow 2-3 business days from the date your return was delivered (returned/delivered to our returns department) to be issued a store credit. We are a small business and greatly appreciate your support! Please be patient with us and your return. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, just be in communication about them!
